Enquiries through the website
When you send an enquiry, we store your first and last name, email address, phone number if you enter it, your message and, for companies, the company name and the details of employees you provide. We use the data only to reply to you and prepare an offer or enrolment (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after we receive them.
Students
For students we keep the data needed for the education contract and for the legal obligations of an adult education institution, for as long as the regulations require.
Visit statistics
We measure visits with our own system, without tracking cookies and without third-party services. When you open a page, your browser sends our server the page address, the domain of the site you came from, campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the page language. From the IP address and browser data, the server determines the device type, browser type, country and city using a local database. We do not send the IP address to anyone and we do not store it.
To recognise repeat visits on the same day, we compute a one-way digest (hash) of the IP address, browser data and a random value that changes every day, after which the previous value is deleted. Once the day is over, the digest can no longer be linked to the IP address or to your visits on other days. In the same way we record clicks on the phone number and email address and the sending of enquiries (only the type of form, not its content). The data is deleted after 25 months. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in understanding website traffic (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Cookies
The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. Pages with forms use only a technically necessary session cookie that protects the form from abuse.
Map
The map on the website is an image served from our own server, made from OpenStreetMap data, so opening a page sends your data to no one. Google Maps opens only when you click the map or the "Open in Google Maps" link. Google then processes data under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing and to object. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
